NICK TAIT
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Nick is the Group CFO of RxCelerate, and also is managing director of its Cambridge Partnership subsidiary, which provides the finance, investor relations, and administrative function for many virtual biotech companies. He has over 25 years’ experience in a wide range of financial roles.
Nick was educated in Cambridge at the Perse school, and graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in Economics in 1993. He trained with Ernst & Young (EY) in London, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1998. From 2015 to 2019, he was been Associate Director of Denovo Partners Ltd, helping Technology and Life Science SMEs set-up, grow and manage their finance, HR and administrative burdens.
Nick is also a Non-Executive Director at Cambridge Healthcare Research Ltd.
Nick is a keen tennis player, a very average golfer, and enjoys good food and fine wine.

KASIA BRZEGOWA
FINANCE MANAGER
Kasia is the Finance Manager at The Cambridge Partnership Limited which provides the finance, investor relations, and administrative function for many virtual biotech companies. She has been involved in setting up, growing and managing clients finance, HR and administrative. Kasia is an enthusiastic and successful professional, possessing excellent numerical and data entry skills along with a comprehensive understanding of commercial, administrative and accounting procedures. Kasia graduated from the University of Science and Technology (AGH) in Poland with a Master of Science in Mathematics, Specialization: Maths in Finance, Economics and Insurance in 2003. She has been finishing her AAT qualification here in the UK.
From 2015-19 Kasia worked for Denovo Partners Limited providing financial and administration services to a portfolio of clients including Metrion Biosciences Limited and Objective Imaging Limited.
Kasia enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves baking and calligraphy.

IWONA STRINGER
FINANCE ASSISTANT
Iwona is a Finance Assistant at the Cambridge Partnership, working closely with Kasia and Nick.
She graduated from the Technical University of Koszalin in Poland with a MSc in Economics.
Initially working in Poland as a financial analyst and accounts assistant, Iwona moved to the UK in 2006. Gaining invaluable accounts experience working at Skynet Worldwide Express and Colliers CRE until 2012, she then took a career break to be a full-time mum until starting at the Cambridge Partnership in 2024.
Iwona enjoys long walks, loves animals and has a passion for cooking and yoga.
