NICK TAIT
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Nick is the Group CFO of RxCelerate, and also is managing director of its Cambridge Partnership subsidiary. He has over 30 years’ experience in a wide range of financial roles.
Nick was educated in Cambridge at the Perse school, and graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in Economics in 1993. He trained with Ernst & Young (EY) in London, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1998. From 2015 to 2019, he was Associate Director of Denovo Partners Ltd, helping Technology and Life Science SMEs set-up, grow and manage their finance, HR and administrative burdens.
Nick is a keen tennis player, trustee of Great Shelford Tennis club, a very average golfer, and enjoys good food and fine wine.
KASIA BRZEGOWA
SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER
Kasia is the Senior Finance Manager at The Cambridge Partnership Limited and has been involved in setting up, growing and managing clients finance, company secretarial, payroll and administrative. Kasia is an enthusiastic and successful professional with over 10 years’ extensive experience in various financial roles, possessing excellent numerical and data entry skills along with a comprehensive understanding of commercial, administrative and accounting procedures.
Kasia graduated from the University of Science and Technology (AGH) in Poland with a Master of Science in Mathematics, Specialization: Maths in Finance, Economics and Insurance in 2003. She has been finishing her AAT qualification here in the UK.
From 2015-19 Kasia worked for Denovo Partners Limited providing financial and administration services to a portfolio of clients including Metrion Biosciences Limited and Objective Imaging Limited.
Kasia enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has a keen interest in contemporary and sustainable architectural design.
